How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is delivery?

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver to the United States and Germany. Import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are payable on delivery.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
My item is faulty. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Products & sizing
How do I find my size?
Use the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, or want to wear a jumper underneath, we recommend sizing up. Our team is happy to help with fit advice.
Is your leather genuine?
Yes. Each product page lists the materials used. Because leather is a natural material, small variations in grain and colour are normal and part of its character.

Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your full card details.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per order.
